These terms are the agreement between you and İmzahub Teknoloji Ltd. Şti. for the Suphuzi VPN apps and service. They are written to be read. Where a number appears below — an allowance or a cap — it is the number the software actually enforces, not a rounded marketing figure.
Suphuzi VPN is published on Google Play by İmzahub Teknoloji Ltd. Şti. and on the Apple App Store by Cheetah Tech Lab Yazılım Elektronik Mobil ve Danışmanlık Hizmetleri Ticaret Limited Şirketi, an affiliated company under common ownership. Whichever store you installed from, your agreement for the service is with İmzahub Teknoloji Ltd. Şti., and that is the company these terms bind. Android offers an optional Suphuzi Pro subscription through Google Play. iOS version 1.0.5 remains ad-supported and contains no subscription or in-app purchase.
Suphuzi VPN establishes an encrypted WireGuard tunnel between your device and an exit server you choose. Traffic sent through the tunnel reaches its destination carrying the exit server's IP address instead of yours, and is encrypted between your device and that server.
As of the effective date the service runs 7 exit servers in 7 countries — Germany, Finland, France, the United States, Singapore, India and Brazil. Every server in the catalogue is available on the current free service. The catalogue changes as we add and retire capacity.
By using Suphuzi VPN you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement.
Suphuzi VPN uses the 4+ / all-ages content-rating category on stores that use those labels. That rating describes the content in the app; it does not mean the service is directed to children and does not override the law where you live. If you are not old enough to agree to these terms yourself, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept them for you. You must be legally permitted to use a VPN where you are. VPN use is restricted or illegal in some jurisdictions; checking that is your responsibility.
An account is created automatically the first time you open the app. It uses random identifiers: no username, password or email address is required, and there is no sign-up screen.
The current release does not offer cross-device sign-in, account sharing or email-based account recovery. Each installation uses its own local account identity. On supported devices, Suphuzi stores that identity using operating-system facilities that can survive an uninstall, so reinstalling is intended to restore the same account and its remaining allowance, not issue a new 500 MB grant. Platform storage can be reset or unavailable, so restoration is not guaranteed in every device state.
Free and Pro accounts are both limited to one device. Buying Pro does not add another device, create an email login or make an account transferable to a different installation. Email OTP and email recovery are not available, and no email address is attached to the app account.
Uninstalling the app does not ask our server to delete the account. To delete it, use Settings → Account → Delete account before uninstalling, or follow the web request route.
The free plan is metered. The exact rules:
| Rule | Value |
|---|---|
| Base allowance | 500 MB once, when the account is first created during setup (500 × 1,048,576 bytes = 524,288,000 bytes). It does not expire. |
| What counts | Upload and download combined, measured from the tunnel's own byte counters on your device |
| Reset | The base allowance does not reset. Only the rewarded-ad counter resets, at 00:00 UTC. |
| Extra data from ads | +100 MB per completed rewarded ad |
| Ad limit | 10 ads per UTC day, so up to +1 GB per day |
| Connection limit | Up to 48 tunnel sessions per day on the free plan (an anti-abuse cap; normal use never reaches it) |
| Session length | A tunnel lease lasts up to 24 hours and is released when you disconnect |
We measure your usage on your device, from the tunnel interface counters, and report the total to our server. We deliberately do not measure your traffic on the server, because a per-user byte counter on an exit server is exactly the kind of tunnel-linked metadata our privacy design exists to avoid. The consequence, stated plainly: the meter is approximate, it updates in steps rather than continuously, and it can lag by a few megabytes when your device is offline or the app has been suspended.
When the allowance runs out the tunnel is disconnected safely and you are shown your options. It does not silently keep running, and it does not drop you onto an unprotected connection without telling you. No charge is ever made for exceeding the free allowance.
If you believe the counter is wrong, contact us. We will review it from your account's allowance ledger. We cannot review it from your traffic, because we do not have your traffic.
On the free plan you may choose to watch a rewarded video ad to add 100 MB. Ads are supplied by Google AdMob. The mechanics:
Attempting to obtain rewards without genuinely viewing an ad — emulating the reward callback, automating playback, or tampering with the app — is a breach of these terms and of Google's policies, and may end your access.
On Android only, Suphuzi Pro is sold through Google Play Billing. It is one plan offered with two billing periods: a monthly reference price of $4.99 and a yearly reference price of $34.99. These dollar figures are references, not a promise of the amount charged in every country. The localised price, currency and tax shown by Google Play at checkout are authoritative.
Pro removes the free traffic meter and rewarded ads, and enables custom DNS, DNS-based threat protection, Android split-tunnel controls and stealth transport. Stealth removes WireGuard's fixed packet signature; it does not defeat equipment that blocks every unrecognised UDP flow and cannot work on a network that blocks UDP outright. Pro does not unlock extra server regions: all seven servers remain open to the free plan. It is still a one-device plan and includes no account-linking or multi-device feature.
Google Play processes the payment. RevenueCat verifies the purchase and sends the entitlement state to our control plane. Neither processor is given VPN traffic or tunnel metadata. See the Privacy Policy for the exact fields and retention disclosures.
iOS 1.0.5 exposes no subscription offer or checkout and contains no StoreKit or RevenueCat purchase SDK. Nothing in this section offers an iOS purchase.
You agree not to use Suphuzi VPN to:
We enforce this from the outside, not from the inside. Because we hold no traffic logs and no browsing history, we cannot detect what you are doing through the tunnel and we do not try. We act on abuse reports, on legal orders addressed to us, and on infrastructure signals such as an exit server being blocklisted. Where we can act at all, our response is proportionate: a warning, a limit, suspension, or termination for serious or repeated breaches.
We would rather set this out here than let a marketing page imply otherwise.
We aim for continuous availability but do not promise it, and we offer no uptime guarantee. Servers are added, moved and retired; maintenance happens. The service should not be your only safeguard for anything critical — emergency communication, medical, safety or financial operations.
We may change these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will give notice in the app and update the effective date above before it takes effect. Because we deliberately cannot email you, in-app and on-site notice is the channel we have. If you do not accept a change, stop using the service and delete your account.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties; where that is the case, this section applies only so far as the law allows and your statutory rights are unaffected.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for a consumer's mandatory statutory rights.
You may stop using the service at any time and delete your account from the app or from this page. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, if we are legally required to, or if continuing would create a serious security or legal risk. Except where a breach is serious or repeated, we will give notice and an opportunity to fix the problem first. On termination, your right to use the service ends and your account data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the law of Türkiye, and the courts of Ankara, Türkiye have jurisdiction, without depriving a consumer of the protection of the mandatory law of their country of residence.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another jurisdiction with equivalent protection, you keep every right that law gives you, including any statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract, and nothing here reduces it. In Türkiye, your rights under Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection apply likewise.
