We aim to reply within two business days. Tell us your platform, the app version from Settings → About, and the server you were on.

Delete your account

You can do it yourself from Settings → Delete account in the app, or from the account deletion page if you no longer have the app installed.

The support@ and privacy@ aliases are routed by Cloudflare Email Routing to an access-controlled Google Gmail mailbox. Do not send VPN private keys, passwords or traffic contents. See the processor disclosure for details.

Get the Android app

Suphuzi VPN is available on Google Play with free ad-supported access and one optional Suphuzi Pro plan. The monthly $4.99 and yearly $34.99 amounts are reference prices; Google Play's localised checkout price is authoritative. iOS 1.0.5 remains ad-supported and has no subscription or in-app purchase.

Open Google Play

Android subscription help

Manage or cancel an Android subscription

Open Google Play, tap your profile, then choose Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Suphuzi VPN. Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until cancelled. Deleting the app or Suphuzi account does not cancel Google Play billing.

Restore purchases

Open the Plans screen in the Android app and tap Restore purchases. The app asks Google Play and RevenueCat for an active Pro entitlement. Use the same Google Play account that made the purchase. Restoration does not create an email login or a multi-device Suphuzi account.

Refund or charge question

Google Play handles the payment and refund route. Send support the order number only when investigating that billing issue; your random Suphuzi account ID is still required for an account-data request.

Common problems

It says connected but nothing loads

Disconnect, pick a different location, and connect again. If it only happens on mobile data and not on Wi-Fi, your carrier may be interfering with VPN traffic. Include the server name and whether Wi-Fi works when you contact support.

The free allowance did not increase after an ad

The reward is granted by Google's servers after the ad is watched to the end, not by the app, so closing an ad early grants nothing. There is also a limit of ten rewarded ads per UTC day. If you watched a full ad and nothing arrived, wait a minute and reopen the app.

My free 500 MB did not come back

It is not meant to. The 500 MB is granted once when the account is first created during setup and it does not expire — there is no daily reset. Additional data comes from rewarded ads.

I reinstalled and did not receive another 500 MB

That is expected. On supported devices the app restores the same account and remaining allowance after reinstall. The 500 MB is a one-time starter grant, not a reward for each reinstall. Uninstalling alone also does not delete the server account.

Kill switch on Android

Android reserves this control for the operating system, so the app cannot switch it on for you. Use Settings → Network → VPN → Suphuzi → Always-on VPN and Block connections without VPN. The app links you straight to that screen.

What the features do not do
